My mouse pointer tracking after 4 hours at work, mostly working on illustrator, some photoshop and browsing. The black dots stand for the time the mouse stood still, the larger the dots the longer the mouse was at rest. My largest dot stands for lunch time and some other relatively larger ones for coffee breaks/phone calls!Download the Java applet from:

Different versions for mac and pc; run and leave it in the background to record your mouse pointer tracking. "R" to reset/restart and "S" to save the file.
